Framerate conversion

Hi,
I posted a few weeks ago about framerate conversion. Is it possible with a mac ?

I have 3 movies with à 23,98 framerate.
I want to make VCD PAL (25 FPS).

Quicktime works but movie are jerky (there are short pauses every second).

What can i use ?

you can use mediapipe, but you need to be running osx

It can go from PAL->NTSC and NTSC->PAL. It works as a quictime export component.

dvd film transformer is a pile of crap... the only way it is useful is if your input file is quicktime and u want to convert to quicktime again, it chokes an mpeg 2 input and doesnt export direct to mpeg-2 either, i cant believe the authors want 125$ for the suite of applications.. total rip off, dont waste your time. stick w/ mediapipe, not only is it FREE its ALOT better.
