I've got it sitting on my hard drive right now. When I preview it in dvd2avi all is just like it was on the dvd. There weren't any additional angles in this movie either so you can rule that out.
Perhaps you just loaded the vobs out of order. -
There are 2 versions available - the limited edition (2-disc set) has an feature which plays the movie in chronological order. It sounds like this is the version Idor tried to rip..... it starts with the end credits first.
You can't fool me, I'm a moron! -

I askes teh chick in my locl video store what her thoughts were on memento, and she replied "It's crap, the movie is all over the place and you can't follow the story".
I laughed at her and walked out.
Maybe she would appreciase the SPOONFEEDING option. ha ha ha ha haDVD to VCD made eazy

the movie is shot in reverse order .There is a easter egg on dvd the whole film shot in chronological order .In the menu when spiraling photos come up with captions on at the end of sequence press select and easter egg comes .When backing up film it finds chronological first but dvd goes to backwards .Teh film a bit weird but clever and different

yeah lourenc2, you tell him.
you must understand that the Black & White parts of the movie are going from the start of the film forward, and the Colour parts are going from the end of the file backwards. Thuss making the Middle of the file the end of the film.

This is one of the best movies ever made. I wish there were more intelligent movies like this and less crap like the "anna nicole (dumb beeotch) show"

HEAR, HEAR! If you have any doubt about whether or not this movie is any good check this link: http://us.imdb.com/top_250_films
I am not usually one to agree with the general public but just look at the movies in the top 50 or so and just try to disagree with any of them! I just wish that "Se7en" was a little higher up than #56! If you like independant films like "Memento" then check out "Following" (same people that made Memento). You may like it too. I also LOVE "Session 9"!!! If you're a fan of "the Shining" and you like "smaller" independent movies then "go check it out!!!" (as Jack said to Wendy).I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy. -
that brings up an interesting idea...usually when i go on the web to look for obscure movies that i havent seen before but that are solid i come up with nothing... altho this probably isnt the place to do this but just an idea...i think i will check out that "Following" movie. my suggestions are requiem for a dream, suicide kings and (most people know this one but still many dony) lock stock and two smoking barrels, its guy ritchies prequel to snatch basically...
