    hi to all,
i'm trying to make some compliant VCD for my NAPA DAV311...
so i tried out some encoders started with TMPGEnc, PANASONIC and CCE v2.50
i finally choose CCE v2.50, better quality and more compliant with NAPA !!!
i frameserve the movie from virtualdub, need subtitles, to it
make some minutes of MPEG1 movie and try to burn a VCD with NERO v5599
and here's the problem : NERO is complaining about the stream...
"stream encoding is invalid for a (Super)VCD"

i'm sure that the problem is with CCE's parameters and i made a lot changes but i cannot make a compliant MPEG1 file

    thanks in advance

You picked an SVCD template in Nero, while trying to burn a VCD MPEG. Select the VIDEO CD template, and try it. The error you receiving is probably because your MPEG is in MPEG-1 format. An SVCD uses MPEG2.
