Hey there,
I really apologize for this topic. I posted it a while back and had a great response but it seems that it is now gone. I lost my hard copy on the exact directions and was hoping someone could help again.
I am wondering how I can calculate proper bitrates without using any bitrate calculators. The reason is that I am blind and my speech program I use does not like any of the bitrate calculators out there. I know that sounds wierd, a blind guy backing up dvds, but hey I like movies also.
I am using Tmpg to transcode some video using the Ifoedit guide but need to know what settings I should use for 2 pas vbr. I always keep DD5.1 sound on my discs and also am not sure what bitrate DD5.1 is.
If anyone can let me know how to calculate it using just the basic windows calculator I would be in their debt. Thanks in advance
