    Hi, I am looking to convert a PAL movie on DVD not VCD to a NTSC movie so I can burn on a DVD to watch on a NTSC DVD player. Please advise. Thanks very much.

    you can use TMPGEnc Plus to do the conversion. This is not the perfect solution but it works.
