  1. Ok, I have a VCD, and I was trying to record it to a tape from my computer (since I have TV-OUT), and it records fine BUT the problem is the sound/audio doesnt record, I think one problem is because my video card doesnt have an AUDIO OUT line in the back just S-Video and the yellow jack which im sure are both JUST audio. Any solutions people ?

Just connect your PC's audio out (that is to the speaker) to your VCR's audio input.

IF U HAVE A DVD PLAYER THAT PLAYS THE VCD, U CAN OUT PUT FROM THE DVD PLAYER TO THE VHS, THIS WILL GIVE U A BETTER QAUILTY AS THERE WILL BE NO BLOCKYNESS RECORDED.

  5. head on over to your local electronics store. You can get a cable with one side stereo jack and the other rca. I got mine at Radio shack for $3.

If the solutions posted do not help, also check your verison of DirectX. I had a similar problem when trying to record from a VCR and I tried everything, as it seemed to be a hardware problem. It turns out that it was the version of DirectX. I am not sure if that is the same issue for you, but it took me literally months of frustration to finally stumble across this answer ... so I will at least put the suggestion there if the other solutions do not work for you.
