capture card or not

do you have to have a capture card to capture screenshots off of the net,or your own computer?

Stupid server...I was going to post an example, but the stupid thing is acting up...

Anyway, you DON'T need a capture card. You have to remember, capture cards are made to capture anolog and DV signals, NOT whats on your computer. All you have to do is press the "Print Screen" button, then use some kind of painting program, and paste.

Now, I have made intros to games and such, and a capture card is required(using TV out on one computer, the capturing on my other.) Quality was horrible, as much is lost during the transaction.
