I've d/l a lot of mpg files and view them without difficulty. However there is this mpg file which gives me the following problems

Using WMP 7.1/6.4 - Plays for 1 sec, then everything freezes but the progress bar keeps moving

PowerDVD 4.0 - Video plays but the audio plays like it's squeaking in fast motion.

Tried to d/l the file again and it gives the same problems. Does anyone knows what's wrong and how to solve it? Thanks a million!!
