Is there a way to record music that are in MIDI format into CD-R disc?
I have tried several CD creator softwares, most don't let the users to record music in MIDI format into CD-R disc?
Most of the CD Creator softwares only allow the users to record 2 music formats which are mp3 or wav only.
I have downloaded some good MIDIs but I can't record them into CD-R disc.

You can use Winamp to play the MIDI and set the output as "disk writer" (i.e., it will save the MIDI as a WAV file).
There are a number of other more specific MIDI --> WAV rendering programs which may yield you better results if MIDI playback on your soundcard is not too good.

There are lots of Midi to wave converters, but some of those midi files don't convert very well at all, and dont sound like the original, so perhaps its better to record what you hear rather than convert.
Gold wave could be set up to record in stereo, and save each out separately, or one large WAV at 44.1Khz ready for the music CD.
Nero can be set up to split the tracks from a large WAV file when buring.
