  1. I had gotten married in Feb of this year and we had our wedding taped on video and I had that turned into a vcd today I am wanting to take pictures from that ( the pictures we had taken at our wedding the guy lost the film) all we have is the video is there some type of program I can do this with

    windvd , tmpgenc (extract to frames) , quicktime (since its a vcd) , v-dub, mpeg-vcr, vitec dvd tools, adobe premiere,

    really a lot .. if you want the highest quality though - take the TAPE to a video studio and have them extract images with a video printer..

    Vdub has a nice way if you want lots of sequences
    file > save image sequence

    But a better way would be to load into Vdub, and select "Copy source frame to clipboard" then switch to Paint Shop Pro and select paste. You can now enhance the picture before saving, printing...
