I believe huffyuv ( freeware ) installs a yuv->rgb translation filter.

In win98se you have to edit the system.ini drivers-drivers32
and point it to the Huffy codec if you want to override the default dll.
I believe the info comes with the codec
I am not using the huffy right now but mine looks like this:
VIDC.YUY2=MSYUV.DLL
I don't know how it looks in other win OS.There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway. -
Thanks for replying but I still don't know where to get the codec from??
Any ideas?
thanks -
like snowmoon said .. try the huffyuv codec.
Just look on the panel at the left under OTHER TOOLS Codecs.There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway. -
Yeah thanks I downloaded the huffyuv codec from tools and tried to install it, but it was asking fot the huffyuv.dll. Thia wasn't in the codec that I downloaded.
Can someone send me the dll file or tell me where to get it.
cheers
