Hey y'all, I know havnt been around lately but I got a question:
What MPEG bitrate is equal to an AVI bitrate? (Yeah, I know its confusing but hopefully this example will help)
If I d/l an AVI with a bitrate of 90KB/ps, what would be the equivalent bitrate for an MPEG1 for a non-standard VCD so that the quality remains with minimal loss? I know that converting from one format to another format creates some quality loss but that's not an issue.
Hope someone can help.![]()
