Does anyone have a work around for TMGEnc "Unable to open file or Invalid Format" when attempting to re-enode an MPEG2 file. Basically, I captured to MPEG2 at a higher bitrate than I intended. I've attempted to use TMGEnc SVCD template with the bitrate setting I want but when I choose the source file it refueses to open it. I assume it's because it's MPEG2...
