Hi everyone,
I am a newbie to burning vcds. I got a quick question, I had a DAT file in my hard drive and would like to burn it to a VCD, so I can watch it from my vcd player. I read the AUTHOR section of the "HOW TO" section and I understand how to burn MPG file(s) to VCD. However, do I use the same method to burn DAT file(s) too just like 'MPG --> VCD'? Or do I have to convert DAT ---> MPG, THEN, burn it as VCD? Thanks in advance!

Well nero and ez cd creator will accept a dat file just like an mpg, and it will probably burn fine. I've never had any problems with it but to be safe you should really always convert the dat to mpg first. Use vcdgear (www.vcdgear.org) It only takes maybe 1 min to do the conversion.
