When I capture audio for VCDs it only captures audio through the right stream (as in left and right). I've realised I have the wrong cable. I need a cable with two composite cables (a left and a right) which merge together to a single plug which can fit into the "line-in" port. Does anyone have a name for this wire because I cant find one in the shops, or even better, can somebody give me a link to an online store selling one. thanks.

Before you go out and buy the cable, what program were you capturing in? If it was Virtual Dub, remember it only captures in mono.
