    DVDWS can author but not preview/chapter (no sound) with ac3 audio. Any suggestions for ac3->pcm drivers so DVDWS can play AC3?

    Thankyou. Win2k search did not find dvdws.ini but I found it where you specified. I did not have ac3 codec installed (thought I did) so it time to install some dvd playback software.

    A a double thanks for the Advance button tip. No need to buy a stand-alone MainConcept encoder.

    Phillip, there is a problem with the Advance button. The changed settings are not retained when you okay your way out. When you go back and check the settings are reset back to the original settings. Hopefully, I missed something.
