I encode all my vcd's the same as my svcd's, all the vcd's can do "GOTO" on my dvd player, but.. not svcd's. WTF? this is starting to pissed me off!

GOTO is a player specific function and apparently (you're not the first to report it), not all players can use "GOTO" for SVCDs.

Some people at this forum suggest that using VCDEasy to burn
your SVCD's is the most likely method to allow GOTO (or scene)
to work if your DVD player supports it.
