i downloaded 3 dave matthews shows on kazaa and am trying to make a vcd out of them. Can anyone please tell me how to convert them to the proper type of file. I tried using the program TMPGEnc but couldnt get it to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again.

You don't say what your source is, however if they are AVI, just load them into TMPGEnc. The click the "Load" button and load a PAL/NTSC VCD template, and click run
That will set up TMPGEnc to output a mpeg 1 to be burned later
