With blank DVD Media being so expensive, I thought I would share the information for various manufacturers to get your blank DVD media replaced. I have personally never asked to have media replaced, so I don't know how hard it is. From just reading the manufacterer's website, Memorex seems the easiest. All they ask you to do is to send an email with some information.
Fuji DVD Replacement
They ask you to call, email, write, or fax them questions.
Memorex DVD Replacement
Memorex just asks you to provide the following in an email:
-Item Purchased
-Date Purchased
-Location Purchased
-Problems you are experiencing
-Exact Count of bad media
-Name, Shipping Address and Phone Number
They state it takes about 3 weeks to receive your replacement media and they may ask you to send in the bad media.
TDK DVD Replacement
They ask you to mail them the bad media. No other information is given.
Verbatim
They ask you to mail them the bad media. No other information given.
I'll add more as I find them. I'll also update information with each manufacturer.
