Hello All
Power DVD does not allow me to watch my DVD"S through my TV. I have a Xtreme 3 Ge Force 2 MX 400 64MB card
and use Power DVD
I got a message Error code: F54564FS
TV output of your display card cannot be displayed.
WHY are they doing this?
I went to there site and they said (in full below)
"Please find a VGA card approval by MacroVision, then
you can watch DVD via TV-OUT function."
What card do I need or can I use other software?

Q :
My video card does support TV out function. How come I can't get the
video on TV?
A :
Due to the DVD Forum asked all DVD player developer, either hardware or
software, should protect analog output (TV-OUT) by acroVision. Therefore
we consider that your problem may cause by two reasons:
1.When the MacroVision chipset which plant in your VGA card detect the
electric equipment which connect in TV power is on, then it will
interfere TV-OUT function.
Our suggestion is: Please turn the electric equipment power off which
connect to your TV.
2.There are many display cards in the market with on-board TV-OUT
function. However there are some VGA cards does not approval by
MacroVision. Therefore the DVD software decoder, like Power DVD, was
forced to shut down the TV-OUT function to prevent some illegal record
action.
Our suggestion is: Please find a VGA card approval by MacroVision, then
you can watch DVD via TV-OUT function.
