    hey guys what is the most easiest way to take a divx movie and convert it to vcd???

    Hi:

    For me it should be TMPGEnc. If you have the right codecs, just select your file as audio and video. Then load the right template. Some adjust must be done for source aspect ratio and video arrange method. Then just wait the encode and FINITO.
