    I just acquired an Xvid Video in an XCD format. The image consists of a BIN, CUE, and TOC file. I opened the cue file in CDMage and extracted the DAT file. I know I can watch VCD dat files on Windows Media Player, but this DAT file will not play. Any ideas???

    You'll need to have the xvid and ogg codecs installed to play it.
    you can get them in the Nimo codec pack.
