    I cannot seem to do it. I searched the knowledge database and added the quicktime plugins, yet it still won't import.

  2. Premiere 6.5 has no problem importing .bmp. Try converting the jpeg to .bmp and see if it works.

    BMP works but it adds time to production.

    My friend can add JPEG's

  4. I've just tried it on my 6.5 and it works fine. I'd try reinstalling.

    it says inthe readme on the cd that there are some types of jpegs which can not be imported -- though it doesnt say what kind and why this is and how you are supposed to know what kind are different ..
