Dazzle 80 audio problems

I can not get the drivers to allow me to use the audio inputs on the capture card. I have to use the input of my notebooks sound card. I have Win 98SE, but the install software is looking for NT drivers. Any ideals? Also tech support is unavailable. I sat on hold thirty minutes on my won dime without talking to anyone. I have emailed tech support twice, and have not got a response. I card is good, and I am getting excellent captures with it.

Dazzle tech support is not really known around the universe for having great responsiveness. The one time I was able to talk to someone I was on hold for 50 minutes and then the person I talked to was not terribly knowledgeable.
