I've been capturing with Pinnacle Studio 7 which is nice and clean, then encoding with TMPGEnc 2.57 and Authoring with Sonic DVDIT PE and the out come is awesome but, it seems as though the edges are getting chopped off, not a lot that most people would not notice, But if I do something with subtitles the words are getting cut. I've been retaining the aspect ratio when converting with TMPGEnc but it still is chopping off the edges all around, Top, Bottom, Left and Right. Any Ideas as to how to fix this?

Sound like TV-Overscan wich all tv
do. The pictuere is actually bigger than the screen. Keep the subtitles away from the Edges.

Safe area, remember about 10% of the image is not shown on a TV set. Don't get fooled by the PC that shows 105% of the video image.
Even professional broadcasting has to remember this, and it's called safe area.
