Hi Guys,
I recently downloaded a file which I was lead to beilve was encoded using Divx5. However I have said codec as well as 3 & 4 installed and I cannot view this file.
Windows Media players complains about the file is not supported, the DivX 2.0 Alpha Player states it's not a DivX file, and PowerDVD XP 4.0 loads the file, the screen goes smaller to indicate it's about to play it and then does nothing!!![]()
Can anyone help me please find out how I can determine what type of file this is? If it is at all a movie file.
Thanks in advance Andy.![]()
