I've got a subtitles file, which is about 1 minute late.
Is there a way to sync the subtitle, and which prog?

Yes, there is a way to sync your subfiles. Here are my 2 favorite progs to do it:
1. Sub Station Alpha. Determine in your movie as good as possible where the first word is spoken.
- Open Sub Station Alpha(SSA)
- File
- Insert Script(select your file which must be in SSA format)
- Adjust timings and enter the timing you found before
- Save this file and give it another name so you know which one it is
- Test your new subfile.
2. Subsync. This is a good prog to determine the first spoken word. Open the prog, push the select button on the media line and open your movie.
You can also adjust the timings of your subfile with this prog, but since this a long explanation and I'm lazy, first try it with SSA. If that doesnt work, just ask me how to do it with Subsync
