    Hi all,
I've an issue with VirtualDub - "Open File" always moves me to folder somewhere deep in tree, on the network drive, so I've to change it everytime when I want to open or save any file. If its 25 times a day it may make me a little nervous. I can't find any corresponding entry in registry. Reinstalling Vdub does nothing, disconnecting drive too - when I've only local drives it moves me to \winnt\system32\drivers\etc - nice.
So - anyone can help with this weird problem?
    Thanks guys,
    Krzychoo

You should check the virtualdub directory. Make sure the directory, and none of it's subfolders/files are read-only.
