  1. I have a movie in a 16:9 like ratio and when I burn it to a vcd, it makes it 4:3. How can I get it to make it 16:9 and not make it all narrow looking?
Do I have to edit it and put in black spaces on top and bottom?
Or is there an easer way to do this?
    THX for your help.

  2. during encoding, if you're using TMPGEnc, under Setting, and the Advanced tab - set "Sorce Aspect Ratio" to 16:9 (PAL or NTSC, whichever is appropriate), and set "Video Arrange Method" to "Full Screen (keep aspect ratio). I don't think there is a way to add 16:9 flags after encoding, but I may be wrong.
