Hi, currently, I am using ATI AIW128 16mb video card, if I get one of the Gforce 4 Ti4200 64/128 mb video cards, will it improve the conversion speed. I have PIII850, 512 mb RAM and Adobe Premiere 6.5 and MS Pro 6.5. Thanks

Nope - vid card doesn't help a bit.....
Will help your game framerates though! -
P4 processors best for conversion duties, followed by Athlons. The faster the clockspeed, the faster the conversion, but lots of memory and a good fast hard drive will help a little.
