i downloaded a .M2V file and i want to make a VCD of that particular m2v file.
Its a stand alone m2v file without any .ac3 or anything like that
it has the sound integrated already...
so do i have to convert it to something? If so how do i do that?

toast won't do wav, so using mpg file instead of m2v file gets round that?
