What are you using to play it with? Use WinDVD or PowerDVD. Better yet, burn it to a CD-RW and watch it on your standalone

  10. I was reading some of the other posts and they were talking about how the quality changes for high quality scenes...how would that relate to this..or would the quality be the same overall for everything..?
Also in the beginning of the manuel you talk about having your stuff ready..how do I do that..? Also on my SVCD's Ive been making recently there tend to be blocky areas in Black areas and overall dark areas on the picture..any way to enhance those areas too...?

I would like a link to the COMPLETE guide to Having your STUFF ready and making it good quality...on one CD..even for the high action scenes... or if not possible on 1 CD something to put on 2 CD;s..

If I remember correctly, HeadAC3he's distribution is compressed with WinRAR. You need to download the latest version at http://www.rarlab.com/

You can convert an .avi (MPEG-4, DivX) to MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 directly with TMPEG. No need to re-rip

Extract the audio with Vdub and encode it with HeadAC3he. Then mux your audio and video streams with BBMpeg. Use this sreenshot as reference:
