LG DVD5253 owners needed!

Hi,

I made some prom modificcation on my dvd player in order to enable VCD playback. Everything is fine but I'ce lost the paper which contains the original prom codes.

If you have an unmodified DVD player (or if you know the original value) pls. help me!

The method to know the number:
1. Power on the player without disc in the tray
2. Press "PAUSE" in remote control
3. key in "1472" in remote control (the caracters 01 42 apear in display)
4.Press UP arrow 3 times(the caracters 4 XY apear)
5. Turn off the DVD

I need the "XY" number.

I tried that and the xy values are actually letters!!
I see in my display:
04 ed

I gotta tell you I am from Mexico and I own a DVD LG 4020N player.
