I've been trying to create chapters for my VCD's but have been unsuccessful. I create the .mpg with TMPEG from a DVD and use ChapterXtractor to get the chapter points. I follow the instructions on this site (I least I try) and create the bin/cue file using VCDEasy. I then use Nero to burn the bin file. The VCD plays fine but there is no chapters, I can only fastforward. Can anybody tell me what I might be doing wrong in the VCDEasy process? Thanks.

Why do you need Nero to burn BIN/CUE files VCDEasy created? VCDEasy is a whole package that has everything in there. You can do the whole authoring/burning process with VCDEasy. I have heard Nero has problem buring BIN/CUE files. So don't use Nero for that matter.
