Hi, Ive no problem converting the main movie files from a DVD via CCe or TMPENG but when it comes to the extras eg deleted scenes they seem to be interlaced and dont play right , any suggestions on this?

You didn't specify if you were converting to MPEG1(VCD) or MPEG2 (SVCD). If you're converting to SVCD the best way to handle interlaced material is to encode to interlace instead of progressive. This only works if you're "NOT" changing framerates because the interlace structure of the source can be matched. If you're making a VCD you're going to have to turn on some sort of "de-interlace" filter since MPEG1 doesn't support interlace frame type.
