  1. Hey i need help on converting my divx movies to dvd because I have a dvd burner...Is there ANY way that I can put my divx files on dvd without loosing any quality of the file? I've converted the file from divx to mpeg2 and then burned it but it lost sound and video quality.

    Any time a conversion is done there will always be aloss of quality.
    It just a matter of how much?
    and
    What your own eyes will accept?
    I personally do XVCD's and many folk find that unacceptable (quality wise) and opt for SVCD and in some cases DVD (if they are luck enough to have a DVD burner like yourself).
    In saying that,I would guess that your DVD burn (in theory at least) would definately give you the best quality possible.
