    I'd like to know how to TMPGenc, i'd like to know how to the exact settings to convert an avi to vcd. Please help if you can. Thanks.

    Open tmpg, select vcd or svcd then the format PAL OR NTSC depending on your region (Europe tends to be PAL) CLICK NEXT, window opens browse click and select your avi file...........''

    select contant brirate cq, and encode at the highest possible settings(it will say slow but best quality)
