I have been using the follwoing with my Pioneer A04 Drive
DVDPro DVDRW (shiny top)
Optodisk DVDRW (writable top)
Optodisk DVDR (gold writable top)
At first nearly all DVDPro DVDRW's worked in all my players including my Xbox
I have noticed that about 1-2 weeks after burning, the DVDProDVDRW's have become unreadable.I've started copying all my DVDRW's onto DVDRs in the mean time.
Anyone else experiance this?![]()

You mean the DVDRWs seem not to be able to keep data for over 2 weeks? Or do you mean you keep recycling the DVD-RWs and you can't seem to re-write on them any more?

The former.
I burn a DVDPro RW and within several weeks it can become no longer readable by the same drive I wrote with it and tested. I am checking all the DVDRW's after I burn them on my drive, my XBOX and a Sony DVD player. I have yet to have this same trouble with either the OptoDisk DVDR's or OptoDisk DVDRW's

Well, usually i would say this is odd. Unreadable after 2 weeks? But with DVDpro, anything could happen. Anyway, I found a solution on the DVDpro. Check the last post I did here:
