    ive got dvdx as my copying software. ive copied a region one disc before with it...just wondered if i can copy an RCE disc with it? i bought panic room and its an RCE disc. it doesnt work in my dvd player so im probably gonna have to sell it but before i do that i will copy it if i can. anyone ever copied an RCE disc before?

    I haven't tried ripping an RCE disc but it shouldn't be a problem.

    To play in your dvd player you need to set it to region 1 specifically to play (or you need to in your case).

    For ripping - it should be easy - try changing to normal in the settings in smartripper as opposed to auto.
