When i import subtitles into DVD Maestro is there an option to change the subtitle display colour like white text with black outline, I've used Scenarist before and you can do this. or do i need to specify different colours in Subrip when i rip them as by default it gives them all a horrible red outline

You use subrip as it can output in maestro format, have a look at

and

hope this helps
Just finished doing We were soldiers with two sets of subs and it works great -
posted on the 9/9 news @ doom9 also;
Sub2stl converts MDVDP and SubRip subtitle files to the STL format (DVDMaestro).
the link is there at http://www.doom9.org
