Every time i download an avi or an mpg that is not vcd quality i have to encode it in nero every time and thats a waste of time.Is there any program that has set options so i can encode the file its self into a vcd quality file? so every time i make a vcd it just burns it?![]()

If I change my name to Tom Cruise...does that make me Tom Cruise?
No
You can't just rename a file and expect it to automatically modify it's internal format to match the new extension.
