  1. I have been reading the guides and was trying to copy phantom menace to 2dvdr.I have had trouble with the angles and have tried various methods.I would like to know when creating a movie only dvd (no menu)
do you still need the video_ts.vob file? Also the vts_01_0.vob?
Also when saving VTS sectors in IFOEDIT do you have to press the save button or is it saved automaticaly.

  2. if u follow derrows guide to making a dvdr movie only no menu... all u need is the movie set (vobs) and the ifo file from that set

so if your movie set is VTS_05_X.vob for example besure to rip the VTS_05_0.ifo file too

load that ifo in ifo edit select vob extras make sure u have the right things selected like create new video_ts and vts ifos also select all the boxes that correct vob pointers and ifo tables.

select a destination for your new ifo files then hit ok.

it will then take awhile to go thru your vobs to process new ifos so sit back and relax

after that copy the new ifo files to the movie folder , notice the new ifos will be named VIDEO_TS.ifo and VTS_01_0.ifo so make sure to rename your movie files to VTS_01_X.VOB (if they werent already named that)

since u created new ifos u can get rid of the original ifo u ripped from the dvd.

also u should have .bup file with the same name as your ifo files those are just backup files so keep them in the movie folder too

ok load the new VIDEO_TS.IFO into ifoedit and press "get vts sectors" button hit ok until its done and save the ifo file after.

open up the VTS_01_0.IFO and do the same thing with the get VTS sector button and save

dont forget to load up the video_ts ifo and do a dvd play to make sure its working correctly then your ready to burn

make sure to put it into VIDEO_TS folder if your burning program doesnt do it for u
