    trying to write vcd using nero 5.5.9.0 by dropping in my avi file, whichplay ok through media player

    when vcd is written the sound is out of sync.

    Most people don't use Nero to convert the AVI's, it usually makes a mess of it
    Use TMPGEnc to convert with a VCD template, but first check the AVI for junk frames with Vdub
