Audio But No Video ?

I am trying to play a burned SVCD on an Onkyo DR-S2.0 DVD Player but I am on ly getting sound and no picture. I am using a LITE-ON
LTR-48215W CD Writer.

I burned it straight from a bin/cue file using Fireburner and have not encoded it at all, it was sent to me this way.
