Trouble burning DVD image

Has anyone tried backing up "The Dish" DVD yet? It should have been a piece of cake being DVD-5. So I use DVD Decrypter to create ISO then use it to burn the ISO. Oh wait! It stops at 98% Okay, no sweat, try Nero (5.5.9.9) but it stops at 99% THRICE times. Luckily only produced one coaster so far but this cookie is playing tough to crack. Any advice would be good. I have no clue as to why it stops right before it finishes burning. I even ripped in File mode and burned like normal and still same thing. Time to move on to next movie?

Just did the region 2 version of The Dish and it's a DVD 9. but ripped ok

Yeah, mine is region 1 and DVD 5... I first tried burning ISO and then straight files but to no avail. All well. Glad the region 2 works, if only I could get my hands on that version.

One thought, Try using Smartripper instead of DVD Decrypter as i've had this problem before where one ripper fails but the other one works ok

Failing that just rip the .m2v and .ac3 files and re-author with Spruce-up, you lose the menus, extra's etc. but at least you get the film
