    Open VCDeasy
    --goto "Tools "
--click on 'CDRDAO Tools' at the top -
--"Burn a CUE or TOC Image", load your .TOC file (click on the CUE/TOC button), click "Burn"

  5. Firstly, you should make your image as a CUE/BIN type. It is much better supported.

Secondly, what happens when you try to burn with CDRDAO? What error messages do you get?

Does VCDEasy say that your ASPI layer is okay? If not, I suggest that you go download and install ForceASPI from http://www.doom9.org

Thirdly, if you can't get CDRDAO to work, you can burn CUE/BIN images with the newest versions of Nero.

Also, these problems have been asked dozens of times before so I suggest that you use the "Search" function. It may surprise you.
