    when i have tha raw video its ok but it has static so i encode it when i look at it its all blocky HELP

    need a little more info there that that to go by..

    you say the raw video looks ok - then you say the video is noisy

    c im using TMPGEnc and after i encode tha video is block in some parts and alright in others im using a ati tv wonder ve im using cq contante quality and 5,000 bit rate if u need more info lets chat or somthing
