  1. I downloaded a file from usenet that was in XCD format. Check here for more information on it. http://webs.ono.com/de_xt
The file I downloaded was actually a bin/cue file and I used CdMage to extract the data. Im trying to convert the file to another format. Either avi or mpeg/mpeg2 is fine. It dosn't work with virtualdub/nandub or tmpgenc. The closest I have come is using EO Video which will convert the video fine but the sound is all screwed up. Can anyone help me?
    Btw, here is what tmpgenc says the file is. MPEG-1 576x432 30fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 192kbps
    Thanks for any help!

  2. Never mind. Minutes after I posted this I figured out a way to do it. I ran the file through decompress which comes with avi2vcd and much to my surprise it actually uncompressed the audio and left the mpeg stuff alone. I tought for sure that it was going to mess up the video. Anyways after that I ran the video through tmpgenc and it worked. Thanks for taking a look anyways.
