dvd2svcd disk size

I was wondering how to change the disk size on dvd2svcd cause when it make a mpg file is to ig on disk 1 every time and the bin/cue it makes chop so i use the mpg file and the 1st disk is always to big and i was wondering if i could change the disk size on the disk and make them under 790 cause disk 2 is 793 and it fits but disk 1 is 795 and dont fit it too big it says and i use nero can any 1 help me pls

In the "bitrate" tab for "CD Size" it looks like it's a drop down menu but you can actually type in any number, so just type in 795 or whatever size you want.
