I'm encoding a movie into svcd, i ripped the dvd and everything. It's not a high motion movie in the least. Would it be better to just do cbr, or is it worth it to do a 2 pass vbr? Or if vbr more for high motion movies? Also i wasn't sure how high can the bitrate go. On tmpgenc when chose vbr, i can only go to about 2500, is ther a higher BR, how do you get it to be higher?, or is that as high as DVD BRs go?
thanks
